Our company's objective

  is, to help you to purchase a new home, in a new environment, in a new country. We will accompany you through all the paper work with all the authorities. We'll help you applying for N.I.E, changing the names for water and electricity supply and provide you with an independent solicitor, if you mean you need one. And after sale, we'll be there for you, too, whenever you need us, whether for translations or just telling you, where to buy best in this area. No extra cost! The client is king for us. We want you happy with the new property. Test us ! After 6 years we don't have even one unhappy buyer !

Organisation profile:

Our  LTD - company is Spanish registered and is managed by a proved estate agent, member in a professional association. We like punctuality and liability, so that our clients can trust us. We can give you every advise on the problems that come with the purchase of a property in Spain, especially with the changes that came with a new law in April of 2008.

We are a team of 2 and work from an office in Tortosa-Ferreries. Most of the time we are viewing properties, so it would be very helpful to have appointments in advance. Whatever questions you have, we'll always try to answer them fast.

We have very work intensive web pages due to the large quantity of pictures and especially the panoramic pictures which cost a lot of time to produce. We think they are worth it because they show you the properties in their real environment and not just the best angle of the best spot. But, this is why we only do updates when there is time for it.
