Organisation profile:

The  LTD - company is Spanish registered with German management from Bavaria and I like punctuality and liability, so that my clients can trust me. I can give you any advise on the problems that come with the purchase of a property in Spain. I'm member of APEI what guarantees you an agent with the necessary knowledge of the Spanish laws and I'm also aproved by the state which allows me to act as a legal real estate agent (AICat 3236).

We've been a team of 5 in 2006, but had to reduce due to world wide crisis and I'm working now alone from an office in Tortosa - Ferreries. Due to lack of personnel the office is only open for clients with appointment, I'm sorry for that. It would be very helpful to make appointments in advance to have plenty of time available for you, no hurry anymore.

Whatever questions you have, I'll always try to answer them fast.
