Hacienda bonita para criar ganados. Hay 3 casas para reformar, corrales, agua de pozo pròpio y luz conectada en las 2 casas grandes. Todas las casas necesitan de una reforma profunda. Materiales y mano de obra son mucho mas baratos que en Europa. En las fotos interiores aparecen cables que se pueden confundir con rajadas en las paredes, pero son solo cables. Las estructuras son sanas.

Hay un area de forestal con àrboles de madera noble.

Al pròximo pueblito son 5 km de camino de tierra. No hace falta un 4x4 para llegar a todos los lugares. La capital de la Cachasa, el aguardiente de caña es Salinas, a una distancia de 60 km.

Farmland for cattle breeding and all what you need on plantation for a good living. It has got an own well and mains electric connected to the major houses. There is a need for renovation of the buildings, but material and labour are cheap in that area. In the pictures of the interior you can see cables and they make the walls look like broken. The walls and the structure are ok. It is only cables.

Within the finca you'll find a forest with protected noble trees.

To the next village it's only 5 km via good dirt track. No 4x4 necessary. To Salinas the capital of Cachasa , which is the Schnaps made out of sugar cane it is about 60 km.

Schöne Hacienda für Rinderzucht. Sie verfügt über einen eigenen Brunnen sowie Stromanschluss für die beiden größeren Häuser. Alle Häuser sind renovierungsbedürftig, was aber angesichts der günstigen Material- und Arbeitskosten nicht so sehr ins Geld geht. Auf den Fotos vom Inneren der Häuser sieht man Kabel, die Glauben machen, die Wände seien mit Rissen überzogen. Die Häuser sind aber alle statisch in Ordnung.

Innerhalb der Hacienda liegt ein kleiner Wald mit geschützten Edelholzbäumen.

Zum nächsten Ort sind es ca. 5 km auf einem guten Sandweg. Man braucht kein Allradfahrzeug. Nach Salinas, der Hauptstadt des Zuckerrohrschnapses Cachasa sind es ca. 60 km.
